About CBG Management Academy

Our unique online management learning process is driven by real-time market data and analytics. Applying the data analytics; the process we follow will deliver a relevant business and leadership learning plan, specifically tailored to meet your business needs. In addition, there is the option to integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT; delivering new business scenarios and solutions for your company.

The process consists of nine online management coaching modules. From the nine modules, you are able to select the required learning that meets your individual business needs. The duration of each module is approximately 120 minutes – each module is flexible, and can be paused at any time, allowing you to complete your personalised business and leadership plan at your own pace.
